We accept Mastercard and Visa. Your credit card information is safe when shopping at All information are encrypted and sent through HTTPS. For one-time purchase, we use eGHL as our payment gateway, and “The Name Technology” will be stated in your credit card statement. For recurring payment for our subscription product plan, we use Razer as our payment gateway, and “RAZER-CRETAPS” will be stated on your credit card/debit card billing statement.

Once you have deposited the amount, kindly email the bank-in slip to with the stated Invoice No. Please keep the bank-in slip as your proof of payment as we may ask for it to verify your order.


We accept cheque payment as well. The cheque must be crossed and made payable to “THE NAME TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD”.

Kindly write your name and the Invoice No. that you’re paying for on the back of the cheque.

Goods shall be shipped only after the cheque has been cleared. For local cheques (Malaysia), please allow 2 to 3 days for clearance.

Estimated Delivery Time

Goods will be delivered after payment is cleared. Estimated delivery time is as follow:

Within Malaysia: 3 working days
Out of Malaysia: 7 working days (depends on country)

Return and Refund Policy

All products purchased from are delivered on First Order First Served basis. There will be NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND of any items that are purchased, regardless whether the products have been delivered or opened, unless otherwise stipulated in the terms below.

For items that are faulty or defective due to unforeseen factors (such as damages during delivery) verified and agreed by tnt, they may be exchanged for the same items. The faulty items must be delivered to The Name Technology Sdn Bhd. We will not entertain any re-shipping request for such items. Any other cases that qualify for exchange or return may incur restocking fee.

For exchange, the item(s) must be returned to us within 3 working days upon receiving the order. No further dispute will be entertained after 3 working days from the receiving date. Please deliver the items to our address:

For all types of claims, please attach our original invoice(s) together with the purchased product(s).


Refund is only applicable for the circumstances below:

  • Product discontinued at the time of purchase
  • Wrong product delivered

In the event of a valid refund request, customers have the following options:

Option 1: Product Exchange

  • Exchange with other product(s) listed on
  • If the value of the new item(s) exceeds the value of the original item, the difference shall be paid by customer.
  • If the value of the new item(s) is lower than the value of the original item, then the difference will be transferred to customer’s bank account.
  • Delivery charges of the new item(s) will be borne by the customer.

Option 2: Full Refund to Customer

  • For payment made through our payment gateway, we will notify our payment gateway service provider to cancel the relevant transaction.
  • Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the refund amount to show on credit card statement.
  • For other payment methods, customer will need to provide their bank account details to us for bank trasfer.
  • Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the refund process. A copy of the bank slip will be forwarded to the customer.
