Sales Support Executive
We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Sales Support Executive to join our team. You will be the key person in charge of sales coordination and administration, including preparation of sales documentation, handling customer inquiries, technical support, order processing, delivery, etc.
So what is your role about?
- Back up the sales team when they are engaged or out for appointments.
- Attend and provide prompt feedback to customers’ inquiries.
- Maintain good customer rapport and assist the sales team to achieve sales target.
- Provide on-site and off-site basic technical support for customers.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/”O” Level, STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in any field.
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work with minimum supervision, hard-working, resourceful, and positive attitude
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full-time position is available.

- Monthly salary from RM 2,500, according to experience.
